Eileen is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and is board certified. She has served on staff at various social services agencies as a counselor, case manager, and clinical supervisor where she provided counseling services and support to individuals with a variety of concerns. She is a writer, teacher, and speaker. Eileen is also trained in Spiritual Direction and leads private retreats and prayer seminars.
Dr. Laura Sunn, MD
Dr. Sunn holds a degree in psychiatry and is board certified in the State of Wisconsin. You may be seen by appointment only
Areas of expertise:
- Pediatric/adolescent psychiatry deals with prevention, diagnosis and treatment of mental illness in children and adolescents. A psychiatrist diagnoses and treats those with mental and emotional disorders such as behavioral disorders, child abuse, trauma, disaster and medication issues. After assessment, the psychiatrist can diagnose, treat and manage an illness or problem by medication or psychotherapy.
- A pediatric psychiatrist is qualified to order diagnostic laboratory tests and to prescribe medications, evaluate and treat psychological and interpersonal problems, and to intervene with families who are coping with stress, crises and other problems.
